At Uncollared Club, we want your pets to look good, feel comfortable, and love what they wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Products must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Replacement orders and approved exchanges are typically processed and delivered within 5–10 business days after the original product has been received and verified by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Used or worn products
  • Customized/personalized items
Size Issues

Please make sure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping and re-shipping charges for size exchanges will be borne by the customer

Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue

In such case, Uncollared Club will bear the shipping costs for the exchange

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be credited to you within 5-7 buisness days

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders are non-refundable

Only exchanges are allowed for eligible COD orders

Important Notes
  • Return/exchange requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted
  • Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Uncollared Club reserves the right to deny returns/exchanges if the product does not meet eligibility conditions

Shipping Policy


The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped and delivered within 10 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable
